Please note that although my work can be life changing in one session and we can rid you of things like smoking, unhealthy eating habits, aid in sleep, etc., my clients and I find it more beneficial to work in one of my 4 week or 8 week containers to be sure that our work together sticks and you are confident moving forward in your new healthier lifestyle.

My many years of experience include training with coaches, years of education/certifications, & tools like thought work, hypnotism, NLP, EFT, and other supportive techniques to help my clients transform their lives and step into a life full of joy. 

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Some of the past clients benefiting from my coaching and hypnotherapy are busy moms, business owners/entrepreneurs, those living with grief, and those experiencing burn out. Some of my clients reach out for help to stop the negative self talks, unhealthy habits, and for help in overcoming fears.
