This package includes 4, 1:1 yoga & coaching combo sessions.

Combo sessions are a combination of coaching and yoga that are divided into 2 parts, 1 dedicated to coaching & 1 dedicated to yoga. We will meet 2x a week, once via zoom for coaching, accountability, and reinforcement, and once in the studio for yoga.

As a certified & experienced life coach, the heart of my work is driven by the passion I have for helping women & men make new discoveries about themselves. As a coach I love empowering my clients to bust through mindset blocks, past traumas, and self development challenges while strengthening their drive for success and positivity.

The tools I use with my clients are the same tools that helped me work through what was holding me back in my own life.

My many years of experience include training with coaches, years of education/certifications, & tools like thought work, hypnotism, NLP, EFT, and other supportive techniques to help my clients transform their lives and step into a life full of joy. 

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Some of the past clients benefiting from my coaching and hypnotherapy are busy moms, business owners/entrepreneurs, those living with grief, and those experiencing burn out. Some of my clients reach out for help to stop the negative self talks, unhealthy habits, and for help in overcoming fears.
