Restorative yoga is a restful practice which encourages you to slow down and restore your energy. You will be supported by bolsters, pillows, blankets, blocks, bricks and eye pillows, you will feel totally held. We use specific supported poses desgined to rebalance your energy, hormones and stress levels so you feel mentally and physically restored. This practice will show you the power of rest and relaxation, especially in today's world. You will also learn breathing techniques to help calm and restore energy bringing awareness to areas of tension which need releasing in the body. Uniting your mind and body through breath and relaxed poses is the ultimate goal.

 

Deb will be holding space for you to 'just be' with many quiet pauses to help your senses withdraw and go within. Beautiful poems will also be offered during the practice.
