Our specialized series prioritizes an intimate setting with a focus on the collective energy of the group. Prorating options into the session are available for your convenience. Additionally, we offer one makeup session if you miss a class, allowing flexibility. Join us in this empowering experience designed to enhance your well-being during this special chapter of life.

Our cancellation policy for our event series is a 3 week notice for a full credit on your coast flow account, or a refund to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that we do not accept cancelations with less than three weeks notice. If you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the session, you will not get a refund.
