We’ve launched summer sculpt to bring the same unique experience with the same effective results as you get in the Pilates studio with us! The best part is you can do it all from the comfort of your home on your own time!

You will get 3 30min classes a week for 3 weeks dropped into our On Demand Library starting JULY 24.  These classes will consist of a Chisel Class (mat pilates with light hand weights), Align Class (traditional mat pilates) and a Strength Class (using moderate to heavy weights)
