At the end of this 8 week program you will confidently know how to utilize free weights to build strength and sculpt more muscle, but more importatnly you will have it as part of your daily routine that you can do at home!
At purchase you will be emailed a .pdf that you will have lifetime access to that includes your entire 8 week suggested programming and demonstrations along with other fitness and health tips. We suggest printing it all out or saving it to your computer or maybe google drive for easy access, but the choise is up to you!
Also included in the pdf is a warm up, cool down, tips for better success, and more. You will also receive weekly emails over the 8 weeks to help provide motivation and education along the way.
Recommended Equipment: one light pair of dumbbells and one heavy (we give you tips in the program how to determine what is right for you)
and a good mat for your floor
Average workout length: if you do the warm up, program and cool down you will average around 35 minutes depending on your reset time between sets
