At the end of this 8 week small group program you will confidently know how to utilize free weights to build strength and sculpt more muscle all while improving so much more physiologically within your body.
Not only will you be emailed a .pdf that you will have lifetime access to that includes your entire 8 week suggested programming and demonstrations along with other fitness and health tips. We are also taking it one step further and including accountability and support through a walkie talkie app called Voxer where you have live access directly to the coaches with Pilates Cure two days a week. This gives you higher accountability, the opportunity to ask questions and also support from the other members to help you overcome any obstacle you might have along the way and of course celebrate any success you want to share.
