“Empower” Sound Bath focuses on the energy of Manipura, the third Chakra. Manipura relates to our sense of confidence and decisiveness and helps us to tap into our innate ability to live fully in our own conviction and wisdom. This is a part of a progressive series of sound baths intended to systematically guide you through the chakra system and foster overall energetic balance. This series will be offered on a 4-6 week basis. Students can attend any event without obligation to be present for the full series. 

No experience is required. All are welcome! 

Wear warm and comfortable clothes in preperation to lay down and relax. You are welcome to bring pillows and blankets or anything that will support your experience.
