A Mindful Journey with Yoga and Somatics” workshop. Tailored for children aged 10 to 14, this two-hour session combines the playful exploration of yoga with the introspective practice of somatics, creating a unique opportunity for kids to develop mindfulness, emotional balance, and a joyful connection to their bodies.

Workshop Highlights:

        •       Playful Yoga Poses: Through engaging yoga sequences, children will learn fun and accessible poses that encourage strength, flexibility, and balance.
        •       Somatic Discovery: Our somatic exercises are designed to help children connect with their bodies’ sensations and movements in a joyful and exploratory way, enhancing their awareness, coordination, and overall well-being.
        •       Breath and Calm: We introduce simple yet effective breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to help young yogis discover how to calm their minds, manage stress, and navigate their emotions with grace.
        •       Mindful Movement: Merging movement with mindful awareness, kids will practice listening to their bodies, moving in ways that feel good, and respecting their own limits, fostering a healthy relationship with physical activity.
