“Luminous” Soundbath focuses on the energy of Vishuddha, the throat chakra. Vishuddha is the energetic center for communication and expression. Its where we find out voice and speak our truth. The frequencies of this Soundbath are carefully chosen to align with this chakra and help restore balance and flow to Vishuddha. This is a part of a progressive series of soundbaths intended to systematically guide you through the chakra system and foster overall energetic balance. This series will be offered on a 4-6 week basis. Students can attend any event without obligation to be present for the full series. 

No experience is required. All are welcome! 

Wear warm and comfortable clothes in preperation to lay down and relax. You are welcome to bring pillows and blankets or anything that will support your experience.
