Back by popular demand. Unleashing a few hot stone speciality classes for April. Two instructors for each class to “bathe” you in stones, blankets and gentle touch for 90 minutes. Only 6 participants per class. Yummy!

Treat yourself to a magical experience. This speciality class consists of deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body to promote an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured.

Investment: $40 +hst per class

Kindly dress in comfortable clothes with long sleeves and pants and bring water. 

Please bring a large pillow case for the bosters provided.
