• 15 minute cacao blessing with 3 separate intentions, with breath into the cacao and sip after each breath.
• 50 minute yin gentle practise. During this time Live Loops are made with the loop station. Each posture is held for approximately 5 minutes which allows Chris to create beautiful soundscapes for each asana. 
• Finally, we arrive at 40 min savasana, where you receive a sound bath. The sound is a mixture of created loops and acoustic instruments that Chris walks around and “bathes” people in. Didgeridoo, medicine drum, flutes, chimes, voice is used while Iselin comes around to offer lite touch and aroma of her handmade oils.

• ISELIN AMANDA STOYLEN: Iselin is an experienced herbal medicine practitioner, yoga teacher and women’s health educator. Through studies of nutrition, herbalism, homeopathy and plant medicine work, Iselin has found an approach to health and wellness that is holistic, Earth-based and attainable; rooted in both science and spirituality.
