A private Ayurveda consultation with Brynn. Prior to this session, you will complete some quizzes and general information to give Brynn an overview of what is going on in your body. While meeting together, Brynn will determine your elemental imbalances according to Ayurveda and develop with you a strategy to bring your body and mind back into balance.
