Join the Elemental Community for monthly Yoga and Ayurveda workshops on Saturday afternoons. These workshops will open with yoga asana, Breathwork and meditation. This will be followed by a special theme for each month. Finally there will be interactive time between students to brainstorm on how to best apply these techniques into their daily lives.
