Description
This 4-week clinic is designed to keep athletes moving, improving, and gaining confidence through structured, focused training, beginning 11/17. This clinic is ideal for athletes seeking to stay active between seasons, refine their skills, and maintain momentum throughout the winter.
Each week includes two sessions:
- Speed & Conditioning Session – Develop quickness, acceleration, and overall athletic performance through high-energy, movement-based drills.
- Functional Strength Session – Build power, balance, and proper movement mechanics with an emphasis on strength fundamentals that translate to every sport.
Week 1: 11/17, 11/19
Week 2: 12/1, 12/3
Week 3: 12/8, 12/10
Week 4: 12/15, 12/17
