All plans are custom made for each client based on client goals.

-Monthly body scans to monitor your body fat %, muscle mass and resting metabolic rate. We will also take measurements and progress pictures.

-One monthly meeting with your coaches to discuss all things leading up to show day. (Bikinis, gowns, costumes, cost and categories)
