May We Be Mindful: a mantra & sound bath event

The practice of yoga extends beyond the physical asana, and we hope you’ll join us in this opportunity to embrace new experience with a mantra-centered sound bath!

Throughout this 90-minute session, we will focus on exploring other branches of yoga  including guided meditation and mantra as a way to concentrate the mind, while experiencing the deeply relaxed physical state that comes with the soothing vibration of crystal bowls.

No prior yoga experience needed, beginners are welcome!   Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a friend for this grounding & mindful journey to the self.
