During your first session, we will:

Explore your health history: We will discuss any current health conditions or concerns, including their impact on your nutritional needs and overall well-being.

Discuss your relationship with food: This exploration will help us understand any potential barriers to adopting healthy eating habits and develop strategies to foster a positive and mindful approach to nutrition.

Identify your wellness goals: Most importantly, we will collaboratively define your personal nutrition and wellness goals, ensuring your plan aligns with your aspirations and priorities.

Before & After Your Consultation:

Additional insight: We encourage you to share any relevant testing or bloodwork results prior to your appointment to facilitate a more informed discussion. Instructions for submitting these documents will be provided after your booking confirmation.

Your dietary wellness plan: You will receive a summary of the agreed-upon dietary and behavioral changes after your appointment.

Cancellation & No-show policy

Patients who cancel their booking within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a $50 cancel fee. 

Patients who are “no-show” for their appointment will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
