Join Yoga Teachers and Friends Sally & Lisa for a Sorrento Retreat in the lead up to Mothers Day.

We will nourish ourselves with practices to inspire, ground and land us in the Autumn season, a time which encourages an enriching inward focus whilst surrendering old outdated ways of being.

Like the leaves on the trees that become brittle and fall away, we too can gracefully and elegantly shed that which no longer serves us.

We’ll gift ourselves space and time for the unfolding of wisdom and creativity whilst embracing an enhanced capacity for love, compassion and connection.

In the 3 day 2 night retreat we’ll enjoy:

– Opening and closing circles

– 2x daily yoga sessions; energy and vitality for the mornings, relaxation for the evenings including meditation, yin yoga & yoga nidra

– An inspiring workshop, Yoga of Motherhood.

– A variety of delicious nutritious seasonal food experiences.

– Brunch with the girls!

– Quality time with likeminded women who recognise the importance of giving back to themselves    and filling their cups.

– A mini pamper session & sound healing.

Your accommodation

Our Retreat location in stunning Sorrento is a gorgeous purpose built studio, just a few minutes walk from the Sorrento back beach. 

They’ll be time and space for walks on the beach or into town for a spot of retail therapy; relax and have herbal teas, or retire to your beautiful accommodation for a nana nap!

There will definitely be space laughs and fun too!

The accommodation includes a selection of single & twin share apartments all ensuite bathrooms.

Investment:
Twin Share: $975 pp

Single Studio: $1300 pp

Single Studio with Spa: $1400

$350 Deposit required to secure your room.
