This unique workshop gives new insight into the art of living a long and healthy life with boundless energy and greater mental clarity and focus.  

Steven Acuff will present the macrobiotic way of eating, including practical tips for daily life, to promote gut health, a crucial factor for living in harmony with nature.  

Natja will guide you through a Yoga practice for your digestive system and offer some Yin Yoga poses to keep you focussed and present in the flow of the workshop.

This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from Steven who began eating the Wu Way in 1971 and has since 1979 lectured in 27 countries. Steven ran a centre for holistic health in Sweden for many years and worked as a nutrition consultant in a medical clinic in Kassel, Germany, from 1988 to 1993. He published his first book in German in 1989, then in 1992 in Swedish. His second book Eating the Wu Way is in English. 

You will experience Yogic movements from Japanese Yoga Therapy to support the workshop and your digestive system. Yin Yoga poses will pick up the relevant meridians again.
