- All-inclusive meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks, starting from Thursday night dinner to Sunday brunch

- Accommodations are majority double occupancy with comfortable shared rooms with private beds. (Not to worry, we’ll pair you with a roommate if you’re coming solo)

About your Hosts
Emma is a dedicated Spiritual Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher, seamlessly blending her scientific foundation with holistic knowledge and spiritual wisdom to facilitate transformative journeys.
As a holistic coach certified through the Institute of Functional Medicine, Emma combines her yoga training under esteemed mentor Kim Saunders, mindfulness training from respected mindful leader Jon Aaron, compassionate inquiry training under renowned Dr. Gabor Mate and BSc. in Applied Biology and Biopharmaceutical Science from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology culminating in a unique perspective that enhances her approach to catalyzing positive, life long sustainable changes.
Emma’s passion for guiding individuals toward self-discovery and personal growth is supported by her expertise in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath work and somatic work. As the owner and founder of Journey Inward LLC, her philosophy revolves around empowering others to embrace their authenticity and lead purposeful lives.
When she's not guiding others on their spiritual journeys, Emma finds joy in nature, hiking, camping, kayaking and rock climbing. Her enthusiasm for learning about the human body, exploring nervous system regulation, Eastern medicine practices, and metaphysics truly enrich her journey as a life long student and teacher.
Meet Bekah Holder: a dedicated 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a passion for exploring the intricate connections between the mind and body. Bekah's transformative journey into the world of yoga was ignited when she discovered Ayurveda, setting her on a path of profound self-discovery and holistic well-being. She embarked on her yoga teaching journey by completing the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program through Blue Lotus Yoga, where she honed her skills and knowledge, and now she is excited to share her expertise with others.
Bekah's teaching approach is defined by a deep respect for breath work, a fundamental pillar of yoga. In her classes, she extends an open invitation to delve into the rhythmic interplay of movement and breath, crafting a nurturing environment where students can forge profound connections with their bodies. Moreover, her insatiable curiosity extends to the intricate mechanisms of human anatomy, adding an enriching layer to her expertise.
Beyond her passion for yoga and Ayurveda, Bekah's vibrant spirit is fueled by her love for joy, creativity, and curiosity. Her classes are not only informative but also an embodiment of these qualities, encouraging students to embrace their own sense of playfulness and exploration on the mat.

As a 200-hour RYT, she continues to inspire students on their transformative journeys, inviting them to infuse their lives with joy, creativity, and the transformative power of yoga.
