About Lynette Suchar;

Lynette has been teaching yoga classes, workshops, retreats, festivals, mentorships, and trainings for 15 years and she has well over 1000 hours of trainings behind her. She did her foundational trainings with Nicki Doane, Eddie Modestini, Judith Hanson Lasater, Bernie Clark, and Brenda Feuerstein. She blends many modalities together including vinyasa yoga, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, TCM, myofascial release, as well as communication, astrology, and various other practices to guide people home to themselves and to help create coherence and stability for the brain, body, and heart. 

Lynette currently resides in Mexico.
