• Gentle Yoga or Movement: Awaken and reconnect with your body through a mindful, gentle yoga practice that helps release what no longer serves you, inviting more freedom and self-love.
• Self-Care Wheel Creation: Reflect on the different aspects of radical self-care—mind, body, and spirit—and create a personalized self-care wheel to guide your journey throughout the year. This process encourages you to focus on the actions and mindset that will nurture balance, rather than on rigid goals or outcomes.
• Guided Meditation or Visualization: Connect with your future self who has already embodied these new practices, envisioning a 2025 filled with self-compassion and balance.
• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing deep relaxation and integration of your intentions.
• Closing Circle: Share a word or mantra that reflects your self-care revolution and receive a small token of this journey—a symbol of your empowered start to the new year.
