By signing up to this membershp you agree to the following T&Cs:
1. This membership minimum term is 26 weeks ( 6 months).   Your account will be charged $50/week.  Please note that if the payment fails, our Direct Debit company Payrix and/ or your bank may charge you additional dishonour fees for each failed payment.
2. Our classes are 1 hour long.
3. You can attend any 2 of the following classes per week:
- Reformer Pilates (please contact us to choose approprtiate level)
- Studio Circuit ( please contact us prior to check if that class is suitable for you)
4.  You still need to book your classes.  Please note that for all Morning and Afternoon classes you need to make the booking by 9pm the night before.  For evening classes you need to  make the booking by 12pm on the day of the class.
5.This Membership has a minimum of a 6 months term.  The Membership will NOT CANCEL AUTOMATICALLY after the term runs out.  You need to request your membership cancellation by EMAIL to dance@dancewhanganui.com.  All payments must be up to date to cancel your membership.  You cannot cancel the membership before the 6 month term runs out.  There are NO EXEMPTIONS.
6.  You can put your memberhip ON HOLD for up to 2 weeks per 6 month period in case you are unwell or traveling etc.   You need to request your hold by EMAIL ONLY to dance@dancewhanganui.com .  Please give us at least a 48 hour notice.   In case our instructor is unwell or unable to teach, we will not charge you that week .  We close for the Chritsmas period for up to 3 weeks and we will put all active memberships on additional hold for that time.
7.  To change your booking:  
- Cancel the UNWANTED class first
- Book the NEW CLASS
8. Reformer and Studio Circuit classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy
9.  Your 2 classes renew each Monday.
10.   If you miss any classes they DO NOT roll over to the next week.
11.  Please note that if you accumulate debt, we reserve the right to send you to our Debt Collector LawDebt.  Any Debt Collection related charges and commision will be added on top of the accumulated debt.
