Monthly Gym Access gives you everything you need to keep on the path to wellness.  During normal business hours, you have access to our gym equipment, including the cardio machines (elliptical, treadmill, helical, and arm bike).  Please bring your own towel and water bottle.  We do provide access to filtered water for you to fill your bottles.  We are closed on holidays.
