An athletic assessment is designed to assess a clients physical strengths and weaknesses.

It allows our coaches to make critical adjustments to your program on Day 1; to correct and improve any muscular imbalances, make adjustments for any injuries and observe where you may need additional support.

The purpose of this appointment is to create a client specific program, focusing on improving deficiencies and creating a more solid foundation for the rest of your life both inside and outside of the studio.
