Synergy is ecstatic to have Michelle Pepin - founder of Pepin Power Skating - coaching Progressive Power Skating programs at our facility in April, May and July.  Michelle comes with years of experience -being a high-level competitive hockey player and women’s competitive (Vancouver area) speed skater (Top 10 – Master’s World Ranked).

Pepin’s program focuses and emphasizes proper technique, form, and speed as they apply to the game of hockey including stride efficiency, explosiveness, edge work and more. This progressive program is designed to take players to another level of learning and to inspire their best performances.

Each session will have a maximum of 12 participants encouraging a more detailed technical session that allows Pepin to work with skaters on a more individual basis.

These sessions are intended for highly motivated, advaced level skaters.

6 sessoions = $240

*Skaters are reuqired to have shin pads, skates, hockey stick with white tape, hockey gloves, hockey helment and elbow pads (not required but recommended)
