Why is balance important? The obvious answer may be to help prevent falls. Maybe your first thought was so you can do those one-legged balance poses in yoga. These are good reasons, but looking deeper, you realize balance is the key to all facets of life; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, all of which work together. If your mind is off-balance, you may notice your physical body is also, and vice versa, as the layers of who you are work together. Yoga teaches us the integration of all aspects of our lives. If we neglect one aspect of balance, it can sometimes sabotage the balance of other areas. <strong></strong>
In this workshop, Samantha will guide you through exercises to help improve your balancing poses in a playful fun way while helping you feel strong and confident!
