This workshop is intuitively designed to move energy through the body.

 

In our first hour, we will focus on intention setting, guided meditation & (Usui reiki) energy healing — you will experience a shift within your creative mind to cultivate an open heart & release residual energy. You’ll receive a divinely chosen crystal & learn its healing properties which will be heavily incorporated into your experience. Additionally, angel cards will be pulled!

 

The workshop will end with a warm all-level vinyasa flow to complete the release & renewal. Come with water & yoga mat ready to receive!
