Elite Training membership is designed for those athletes who desire to get the most out of their athletic potential. This monthly package includes 5 days of personalized workouts per week that can be track and monitored through the Train Heroic app. 8 in person visits per month w/ Coach Owens. These visits include weights training as well as speed and agility training.
