Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that enables us to enter a state of conscious relaxation through rest and intentional heartfelt listening.

This practice is for any and every one and provides a pathway to let go by settling in to the harmony and resolution of being with things as they are. We accomplish this through turning inwards and moving between a state of wakefulness and sleep as the body and mind find balance and conscious and subconscious aspects of the mind are revealed.
