Self-talk is the inner voice that goes on inside our heads throughout our waking hours. Positive self-talk is when we talk to ourselves in a reassuring, kind, and more optimistic way. This is the self talk that we need to learn to harness and have more of!
Join myFitness as we explore positive self talk and how simple it can be to add to our lives with a little bit of practice. We will also discuss the role self talk can play in our mental health and how positive self talk can help prevent burn out in all aspects of our lives!
