An one-on-one Personalized Pilates Plan
As the first step on the path to integrating Pilates into your life, we recommend that you come in either for a one-on-one Personalized Pilates Plan with me or an online video chat where we will discuss what is the best way for you to get started.

Personalized Private Pilates Class.
We are going to provide a class specific for you which is a faster way to see the transformation!
Each class is 50 minutes long. You can expect to work each part and muscle of the body through the Pilates machines and solo Pilates movements.
It will provide better alignment, improve flexibility, tone muscles and strengthen the core of the body.

What to bring:
Please bring a bottle of water. If you forget, just ask your instructor and water can be provided.  

We are asking you to put on clean socks when entering the studio.

Yoga socks would be preferable for safety precautions.

What we have:
We have all the equipment and apparatus for your class, you do not need to bring any extra support for your appointment.
