In this class, we will focus on
creating strength in mobility, because mobility is not just about
being flexible but also about having the strength to protect our
joints and prevent injuries. Whether you feel stiff or you're more
on the hypermobile side, this class is perfect for you to feel
strong and mobile.
We will work to increase your end
range of motion, helping you feel more flexible while creating
strength in those areas. This is key to helping you prevent or
improve chronic pain in the body. By freeing up tightness in the
body in an active way, we can improve the flow of lymphatic fluid
in the body, which helps our bodies naturally detox, reduce
inflammation, and support a healthy immune system.
This class will also help improve
facial restrictions. By doing so we reduce the body's natural
compensations that can lead to pain or injury. This will help you
to move better both in daily life and on any adventures you want to
take!
If you're dealing with any chronic
pain, tightness, or weakness in the body, this class will be
perfect for you. We will work together to find the right
modifications for your unique needs.
But this class is not just about
physical benefits! We will also help your nervous system feel
relaxed and supported, creating a sense of overall well-being. And
last but not least, we'll have a whole lot of fun! My classes are
designed to feel playful and enjoyable because we don't age because
we get older, we age because we stop playing and
moving.
