Join us for our first stand-alone posture clinic since the pandemic shut-downs! 

Our posture clinics are an empowering combination of community connection, practice check-in, posture technique, and troubleshooting / modification questions.

For this clinic, we will focus on the “master postures” of the class: Half Moon Pose w/Hands to Feet, and Triangle Pose.

For those who signed up and started the Fall Yoga Challenge in September: this posture clinic is covered by your Fall Challenge donation to the Firecracker Foundation!  If you are participating in the challenge but did not make a Fall Challenge donation, you are invited to make a donation on the day of the Posture Clinic (suggested range: $20 - $40).  Fall Challenge participants, you can save your spot by emailing Ann directly ann@yogaismedicine.com.

For everyone else who would like to join us: You can book directly here by paying the clinic fee.  Please note that this is a non-refundable fee.

Cancellation Policies for Posture Clinics:

Thank you deeply and sincerely for valuing our community organization, healing services, and very small business model.  Thank you also for respecting our need to have healthy boundaries with respect to cancellations and expiration dates.

For cancellations more than 72 hours before the event, your clinic fee can be applied to your account for retail purchases, drop-ins, buddy passes, or future punchcards.  This fee cannot be used as credit towards an existing membership/autopayment.

For cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to the event, 50% of the clinic fee can be applied to your account for retail purchases, drop-ins, buddy passes, or future punchcards.  This fee cannot be used as credit towards an existing membership/autopayment.

For cancellations within 24 hours of the event (or for no-shows), the clinic fee will be used as a donation to help support our yoga school and is non-creditable.
