*Treadmill & Hockey Shot Training Pre-Requisite: Players must have a foundation in skating and hockey. Must be minimum 6 years old.

RECOMMENDATION: We recommend that if your player is brand new to our Treadmill/Hockey Shot Training, that you book 2 spots in the 30 minute class to give them time to orient and ease into things. For younger players, the first few classes may require a lot of 1:1 attention and coaching initially. Alternatively, book into the 30 minute class with a sibling, friend, or teammate. Thank you.
