This workshop will meet every MONDAY for 4 weeks from 6.30p to 8.30p.  We will meet at the Vital Wellness facility located at 9965 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922.  The workshop includes the 4 educational workshops along with a metabolic lab work up so we can make personal recommendations based on your blood work.

NOTE: you will be prompted to sign our online waiver and complete an onboarding form as part of registration. The onboarding form will help us begin to create personalized health coaching for you.
