This workshop will meet every TUESDAY for 6 weeks from 6.30p to 8.30p.  We will meet at the Vital Wellness facility located at 9965 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922.  The workshop includes the 6 educational workshops, an extensive lab work up so we can make personal recommendations, access to our group workouts during the six week program, and 3 individual 1:1 coaching sessions.

NOTE: you will be prompted to sign our online waiver and complete an onboarding form as part of registration. The onboarding form will help us begin to create personalized health coaching for you.
