Description
A two hour in-depth seminar series breaking down the 6 strong lifting exercises. Each seminar will focus on the main lifts. In October, we will discuss the back squat, military press, and hip thrust in extreme detail. This will include range of motion, muscle groups worked, common problems, and practicals on how to make specific improvements in your form and ultimately get better results. The seminar will be taught by owner and CEO Dylan Davies.
*This seminar is free, however there will be a $25 no-show fee as space is limited! There is a 24 hour cancelation policy for this event.
