Description
A two hour in-depth seminar series breaking down the 6 strong lifting exercises. Each seminar will focus on two lifts, one upper body and one lower body lift. In June, we will discuss the deadlift, sumo deadlift, and bench press in extreme detail. This will include range of motion, muscle groups worked, common problems, and practicals on how to make specific improvements in your form. The seminar will be taught by Jake Evans.
About Jake:
Jake started lifting with his dad when he was 16 years old. He has his Master's Degree in Sports Science and undergrad in Exercise Physiology along with Nutrition, Food Science and Coaching. Jake was a multi-sport athlete growing up and competed in Track and Field in college as a 400m sprinter.
