This program is suited for athletes in 7th and 8th grade. In this program we will build on the foundational movement patterns that will make the athletes more coordinated and equipped to handle the physical demands of sport. Our certified strength coaches will work with the athletes to make them stronger both physically and mentally, but also more injury resistant.
