Our Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna incorporates full-spectrum heaters utilizing all wavelengths: near, mid, and far infrared. A full-spectrum heater is important because each spectrum of infrared waves provides different levels of skin penetration and light therapy. This means that you will get even more benefits in your sauna session and will truly start to feel more relaxed and healthier every sauna session.  

Infrared saunas provide all the benefits of regular saunas at a reduced temperature which allows for more accessibility for those who may be prone to heat intolerance. 

For first-time clients, please arrive a little early for a brief orientation of the service.  

You may bring your own robes, towels, and water but they are also provided.

Bringing electronic devices into the Sauna may cause components to malfunction or even melt so we suggest leaving devices outside of the Sauna during your session.
