Similar to the Adult course, this Youth course is a 4-week/8-session introduction to Krav Maga self-defense and our community here at First Defense.

In each of the 8 session we will explore an important topic in self-defense.

• Basic strikes & strike defenses
• Releases from common grabs & holds
• Setting healthy boundaries
• Falling safely
• When & how to stand up for others
• Effective decision-making
• How to use common objects for self-defense
