This amazing hands on workshop will incorporate the power of the chakras through breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and yoga postures.  Learn more about your chakras and how to awaken, activate and balance your chakra energy centers.  This is a complete journey within yourself.  You will learn to tune into each of the 7 main chakras and learn to bring them into balance to strengthen your energy body and channel specific energy into each Chakra.
