Level 1 Aerial Yoga Training Requirements

Becoming a Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher by Good Karma Studio provides the foundation and fundamentals of using the aerial hammock while guiding your students through beginner to intermediate classes safely and effectively.

A total of 30 hours are required to receive a training certificate.

• 27 Hours of Aerial Sadhana (weekend training)
• 3 Hours of Continuing Education (CE) / Teaching Practicum

Must teach (2) 60 minute aerial yoga practice classes to varying group sizes of sample students. Video submission will be accepted.
