Dress comfortably! We will be moving our bodies and energy during the retreat. Bring anything that will help you to stay cozy throughout the day - your favorite mat, pillows, blankets, meditation poufs, etc. 

We will start right on time so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to make yourself comfortable. 

Please eat lunch prior to your arrival. We will have snacks to keep you nourished throughout and will end the day with light bites and mocktails. 

Please drink more than your usual amount of water the day before and the day of. Moving energy and releasing what no longer serves us can be dehydrating!
