What are Bars?
There are 32 Bars of energy that run through and around your head. Each one relates to a different area of your life- such as money, hopes and dreams, creativity, inner peace, body and so on.
Each Bar stores the electromagnetic charge of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that you have ever had.
With each Bar pertaining to a different aspect of your life, having your Bars run can eliminate limitations and create room for new possibilities.
What happens during the session?

Having your Bars run is incredibly relaxing. You don’t have to do anything at all, except lie down (fully clothed) and receive.

For the entire session you will be lying down, face up, with your hands by your sides or on your body, you will be covered by a blanket as the body temperature can fluctuate during a session.

During the session I will lightly touch various points around your head where the Bars are located. Each set of points will be touched for approximately 5-10 minutes to allow the electromagnetic charge to dissipate, a process we call “running your Bars”.

The whole session will last either 30(for kids) 60 or 90 minutes whichever you choose.

At the end of the day, you will most likely feel incredibly relaxed with a much quieter mind and perhaps some even greater changes.

Running your Bars is like deleting old files and downloads on your computer that slow it down. Your past stops dictating your future. Instead of functioning from autopilot, you can be aware and in charge of the present.
