Airwalks & flow 

Open to all levels. Must be comfortable climbing & spinning

Heels highly recommended but not required.

 
In this class, we will focus on details personalized to each student. 
I will meet you were you are in your pole journey and focus on adding a little more fluidity by focusing on technique for your airwalks & flow. We will evaluate our airwalks and see how we can improve them, if needed. We will work on conditioning exercises to strengthen our core and work on our lines. We will also incorporate exploring movement while blindfolded. Silk blindfolds will be provided. 

I will teach simple, beautiful shapes and we will explore how to flow through them. We will focus on taking our time and floating like the beautiful fairies we are.
