Lyra Flow: Dance in the Hoop

Looking to explore the more graceful, dancey side of Lyra? This workshop is all about flow, expression, and learning a fun choreographed sequence — with a focus on movement over tricks.

We'll stay close to the bottom bar and build a slinky, smooth routine that’s beginner-friendly and full of style. Whether you're brand new to the hoop or just want to feel more fluid in the air, this is the perfect place to start.

Heels are optional but recommended for extra flair!

No experience necessary — just bring your energy, a sense of fun, and a willingness to try something new.

Should wear form fitting leggings/ pants for this class due to grip tape on the lyra. (Bodysuits are welcome too)
