The evening is a restorative experience designed to help Black women slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves and each other before the holiday season.

The event includes:
• Gentle, beginner-friendly movement and grounding breathwork
• A mindfulness reflection + journaling activity

• Tea and light refreshments
• A candle-lit closing circle focused on rest, reflection, and sisterhood

Also Sound healing and something new steel pan (played by Alchemy)

The intention behind The Gathering is to create a soft, affirming space for Black women to breathe, reflect, and feel seen  promoting rest, nervous system regulation, and community connection through mindfulness and movement.
