4 consecutive weeks Meditation series

It's important that all 4 sessions are attended and tools we learn are practiced at home in between sessions (if you can). I will not throw too much at you - I am keeping this very basic and simple. Meditation 101.

Adding the Yin Yoga Class in beforehand will make an ideal setting for the body.
